Guida passo passo

1

Passo 1: Paint the dark background

Wash and dry your rock. Paint the entire surface with deep navy blue or black paint. Apply two coats for a solid dark background. The contrast between the dark background and white dandelion seeds will be the most striking element of this design.

2

Passo 2: Paint the stem and seed head

Paint a thin, slightly curved green stem in the lower center of the rock. At the top, paint a small circle in white or light gray for the base of the dandelion seed head. This circle is where all the seed stems radiate from.

3

Passo 3: Paint the radiating seed stems

Using your finest brush and white paint, paint thin lines radiating outward in all directions from the center circle, like spokes on a wheel but curved outward and varying in length. These are the delicate seed stems. Work around the full sphere from center to edge. Keep the lines thin and organic.

4

Passo 4: Add the parachute tufts

At the tip of each seed stem, paint a tiny star or feathery tuft shape using white paint and your toothpick. Each dandelion seed has a tiny umbrella-like parachute at its tip. Add four to six tiny radiating lines at the end of each stem. Some stems can have slightly larger tufts.

5

Passo 5: Add floating seeds and seal

Use your toothpick to dot three to five individual dandelion seeds drifting away from the main flower — tiny dots with miniature tufts suggesting the seeds being carried by the wind. Once everything is dry, apply clear sealant.

Passo 6: Aggiungi codice RoxGeo

Scrivi ROXGEO.COM seguito da una barra e il codice unico del tuo sasso (es. ROXGEO.COM/ABC123) sul fondo o sul retro del sasso.
