Guia passo a passo
Passo 1: Paint the background and draw the wreath circle
Wash and dry your rock. Paint the entire surface white or soft cream. Let dry. Using a pencil, lightly draw a large circle in the center of the rock — this circle guides where the wreath of flowers will go. The center of the circle will remain empty.
Passo 2: Paint the green foliage base
Using sage green paint, dab leaves and stems along the circle guideline to establish the wreath shape. Use the round brush to make leaf shapes by pressing and lifting. Vary the direction of leaves. Alternate with darker green leaves for depth. The foliage forms the structural background of the wreath.
Passo 3: Add the main flowers
Paint four to six larger flowers spaced around the wreath. Each is a round center dot surrounded by petals. Use pink, coral, and lavender for the flowers. For roses, use circular brushstrokes starting from the center outward. For daisies, paint a yellow center surrounded by long thin petals.
Passo 4: Add filler flowers and berries
Fill gaps between the main flowers with small filler elements: tiny five-petal flowers in white or pale yellow, small clusters of three purple dots for berries, and tiny bud shapes. These small fillers create the lush, layered look of a real floral wreath.
Passo 5: Add details and seal
Add tiny yellow dots at the center of each flower for stamens. Use a very fine brush to paint thin curling tendrils between some of the leaves for a whimsical botanical touch. Apply clear sealant to preserve your floral wreath rock.
