Child Safety

RoxGeo is designed with children in mind. We limit communication to emojis only, moderate all content, and never share personal information with third parties. Parents can contact us anytime with concerns.

Analytics & Session Recording

We use Microsoft Clarity and Vexo Analytics to understand how our app is used. These tools collect anonymous usage data, session recordings, and device information. No personal information is collected. Both services require your explicit consent and can be disabled in Settings > Privacy at any time.

We use Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, to understand how users interact with the app. Clarity collects data about your interactions (taps, scrolls, navigation patterns), device information, and creates session recordings — visual reconstructions of your app usage. These are not screenshots; personal information is automatically masked. Purpose: Improve app usability and user experience. Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data transfers: Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including the USA — covered under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Retention: Up to 13 months.

We use Vexo Analytics to collect usage statistics including screen views, navigation paths, session duration, device type, and operating system. Vexo does not collect personal information and does not share data with third parties. Purpose: App performance monitoring and understanding usage patterns. Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Both analytics services are activated only with your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by toggling off "Analytics & Session Recording" in Settings > Privacy. Disabling analytics does not affect app functionality.
