By using RoxGeo, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app.

Account Rules

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account security. One account per person is allowed.

Content Guidelines

Do not hide rocks in dangerous, private, or illegal locations. Respect other users. Do not use offensive nicknames or engage in harassment.

Liability

RoxGeo is provided as-is. We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from rock hunting activities. Play safely and responsibly.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings.

Pricing & Freemium Model

RoxGeo is currently 100% free. As the app evolves, we may introduce optional premium services. The app will always operate on a freemium model: core features will always remain free. Premium features, if introduced, will be clearly marked and optional.

Analytics

RoxGeo uses analytics tools (Microsoft Clarity and Vexo Analytics) to improve the user experience. Your session interactions may be recorded and analyzed anonymously. You can control analytics at any time in Settings > Privacy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
