Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Step 1: Paint the deep dark background

Wash and dry your rock. Paint the entire surface with dark purple or navy blue paint. While still slightly wet, add touches of deep blue in some areas and near-black in others for a rich, layered depth. This dark, rich background symbolizes the depth within each person from which strength emerges.

Step 2: Paint a radiating flame or sun burst

In the center of the rock, paint a golden sunburst or flame shape using gold and orange paint. Start with a bright orange center circle and radiate outward with pointed rays. These rays represent inner strength shining outward. Make some rays longer than others for a dynamic, energetic look.

3

Step 3: Add a lion silhouette or power symbol

Paint a simple silhouette of a lion head, a roaring bear, or a spread eagle in gold in the center of the sunburst — these universal symbols of strength and courage give the design its meaning. Alternatively, paint an upward-pointing arrow or a fist symbol for a more contemporary feel.

4

Step 4: Write a strength affirmation

Using white or gold paint and a fine brush, write a short strength affirmation on the rock: "STRONG", "I AM ENOUGH", "BRAVE", or "WARRIOR". Position it below or around the central symbol. These words serve as daily reminders of the reader's inner resilience.

5

Step 5: Add star details and seal

Add tiny gold stars in the dark background areas using a toothpick — like stars in a night sky, they suggest that strength shines in darkness. Apply a gloss sealant for a powerful, rich finish.

Step 6: Add RoxGeo Code

On the bottom or back of your rock, write ROXGEO.COM followed by a slash and your rock’s unique code (e.g. ROXGEO.COM/ABC123). This lets the finder go directly to your rock’s profile page and log their discovery. If the rock is too small for the full address, write #ROX followed by the code without spaces (e.g. #ROXABC123) — it’s short, easy to search on Google, and leads straight to your rock’s journey page. Use a fine-tip permanent marker or acrylic paint pen, and seal it with clear varnish so the code stays readable through rain, sun, and adventure.
